Authenticity

Authenticity cannot be overstated.  One cannot be great without being real, honest and sincere.  Stop being the you that you want others to perceive you as being and start being the you that you are.  If you don't like who you are, put in that hard work to make those positive changes.  Because being authentic always wins in the end.
