Scott Moe Must Resign

Seven people died in Saskatchewan today from Covid. Surgeries are being halted. Organ donations are being halted. Adults are being treated in the pediatric ICU at the children's hospital in Saskatoon. What is Scott Moe's response? Blaming Justin Trudeau on Twitter. His constant, Trump-like deflecting would be hilarious if it wasn't so sad.

How much longer can this province accept this complete failure of leadership? How many more people are going to die because of the incompetence and betrayal of our premier? We have not even reached cold weather season yet, when people will be forced to be indoors the majority of the time. Saskatchewan's healthcare system is on the verge of collapse, and it is not looking good for our schools or the economy either.

The time for apologies has well been passed. The only honourable thing that Scott Moe can do at this point is to resign from his position and let someone else take the helm. It is time for Moe to finally take personal responsibility for the lives that were lost with his hands on the wheel.
