Stopping the assault on a woman's right to choose

If you have been driving around Saskatchewan, you too may have noticed the signs being put up to shame women and promote the restricting of their rights by forced-birth extremist organizations like the Knights of Columbus.

The problem is, these often tax-exempt organizations have deep pockets behind them, despite their views being in the clear minority even in Saskatchewan.

In order to counter these anti-freedom, anti-women organizations, those of us who support the right for a woman (or anyone capable of birth) to control what happens with their own bodies, should put our money where our mouths are. If you are able, you can donate to the Go Fund Me seeking to promote abortion as healthcare.

Make no mistake, religious and right-wing extremists are extremely motivated to spread their message and reverse their dwindling numbers by taking advantage of widespread disaffectedness and institutional failure. It is going to take each and every one of us in solidarity to make an effort to rebuild our democracy so they can be stopped.
